What is a growth mindset?
A growth mindset is the belief that skills and intelligence are grown and developed. It is the believe that each individual is in control of their abilities. The core idea is that skills like becoming a great leader can be cultivated through a passion for learning.
Beginning its fifth year, the Master Leaders Program returns to strengthen the TCU workforce by bringing faculty and staff together to enrich workplace culture.
The program aims to develop skills necessary for effective and impactful supervisory or managerial level positions. Using a multi-faceted approach, the Master Leaders Program’s cohort model emphasizes shared experiences and mutual commitment to positively influencing the TCU workplace.
