In spring 2019, TCU launched the Professional Leadership Rotation, a program designed to provide current TCU employees an opportunity to become a professional intern in a partnering office on campus to meet the need in higher education for professionals that have a wide variety of skills and experiences.

Participants in this program engage in 3-5 hours of work per week in a different functional area, monthly professional development with a small cohort, and an opportunity to gain a wide variety of skills and experiences across the higher education spectrum.
